Enda Young was outstanding from start to finish. He brought incredible energy, professionalism, and was a pleasure to work with throughout. Our audience expects world-class speakers, and Enda exceeded those expectations, receiving exceptional feedback and making a lasting impact. I recommend Enda without hesitation to any organisation looking for an engaging, inspiring, and highly professional keynote speaker.
Founder of Closers Only, Sweden’s Largest Event for Sales Professionals
Enda delivered an engaging and insightful keynote for the Employers Federation Northern Ireland conference on negotiation skills that engaged the delegates right from the start. The session provided both the theory and importantly gave tools about putting that theory into practice using real-world examples that delegates could relate to. Enda challenged delegates to think differently about negotiation, influence and workplace relationships. His keynote was interactive, thought-provoking and highly relevant to the challenges organisations, face today. Delegate feedback was extremely positive and I would have no hesitation recommending Enda as a speaker.
Managing Director, Employers Federation
Enda has supported many teams across the Bank and in particular, most recently he worked with the HR team helping them to craft their skills around negotiation, mediation and helping them understand their own individual skills. He provided excellent support to help build and develop the team and particular strategies to maximise their impact and effectiveness collectively. His breadth of experience and expertise blended academic and practical approaches and resulted in significant success for the team when delivering a particularly challenging project.

Senior Vice President FinTrU
This is the first time that our entire Israeli, Palestinian and international team and board came together, physically in the same place, since October 7th and the war in Gaza. I can think of few harder challenges for a facilitator than managing that context, and then producing not only concrete strategic outcomes: but also a sense of shared purpose, solidarity and cohesiveness. Enda did all this and much more besides, leading one of the most able, professional, and engaging processes I’ve been part of. I cannot recommend his work highly enough.
Executive Director, Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP)
Enda is hugely knowledgeable in the practice of negotiation and was able to flex our session to suit everyone’s needs. He is really gifted at aiding your understanding of the theory through real life examples and I have already been able to effectively use some of the practice he shared on our course.

Planning an event? Let’s explore how Enda can help your audience build influence, navigate conflict and make better decisions.

Enda speaks on conflict, negotiation, difficult conversations, leadership and influence. His keynote presentations combine practical insight, real-world experience and engaging stories to help audiences improve performance, strengthen relationships and make better decisions. Every keynote is tailored to the audience and can be adapted for conferences, leadership events, team development programmes and executive audiences.
Enda brings together more than twenty-five years of experience as a negotiation specialist, mediator, leadership coach and executive educator. His keynote presentations are practical, engaging and thought-provoking, providing audiences with actionable ideas they can apply immediately. Drawing on experience working with organisations including the World Health Organization, United Nations Development Programme, Oxford University and Trinity College Dublin, he helps audiences navigate conflict, influence outcomes and tackle difficult conversations with confidence.
Enda normally works with senior leaders, directors and C-suite executives over a series of 3–12 coaching sessions. Each session is usually 90 minutes, in person or online with sessions spaced a few weeks apart to allow time for reflection, practice and real-world application. The exact structure depends on the individual, their goals and the level of support they need. Some people want focused coaching around a specific challenge, transition, negotiation or leadership moment; others prefer a longer coaching relationship to support their development over time.
Executive coaching can be particularly useful if you are stepping into a more senior role, navigating a difficult leadership challenge, preparing for an important negotiation, managing conflict, or wanting to improve the way you lead high-stakes conversations. Enda normally begin with an initial conversation to understand what you are looking for and to make sure the coaching relationship feels like the right fit.
Every organisation is different, so fees vary depending on the type of engagement, audience size, location and level of support required. Please get in touch and Enda will be happy to discuss your needs and talk through the options available.
And yes, he is always open to a negotiation.
